Things You Should Know After Being Arrested

Request an attorney immediately.

Tell Law Enforcement that you wish to remain silent. It is your Constitutional right not to answer Law Enforcement's questions.

Do not consent to a search, including your home, vehicle and wallet/purse.

Do not talk about your case with anyone, including family without a lawyer present. Typically, nothing good will come from this. Most communications made to a non-attorney is not privileged.

Do not represent yourself. Criminal law is complex and complicated.

Do not withhold any information from your attorney.

Identify all witnesses that may have information regarding the circumstances of your arrest.

Do not go to court before speaking with David Harrison for your FREE CONSULTATION!
